    P-
We love and miss you! Grant was missing you today, but he made it. We are at karen’s tonight for turkey dinner. G’s parent teacher conference went well today. The meal last night at church went well and Jack and Emma loved playing with the kids who were staying there. It was really cool to see how much fun they had after dinner too! We are all doing well and look forward to hearing something from you about what is going on there! Glad you are safe. Miss you and love you tons!

      Hey Ren!

All is going well so far. Spent our first day at the villiage building. We made good time and we got back to the base at 3:00 so going well. Glad to hear that you are doing good, I really miss you all. Tell Grant that Daddy will see him pretty soon. We saw the family that we built for last time, we are building in the same villiage. They are doing pretty well. I brought along a Ventura hat for him because his name is Ventura.

Very curious what your hair looks like (flapper).

      I love you!

    Paul -

I’ve never cooked a turkey in my life so don’t confuse me with the Karen who is making sure your family is well fed!

Sounds like you had a great 1st day. I’ll be praying you & the team thru the trip. Thanks for serving!

    Hey P
I am sure keeping busy too! I am meeting the two new residents today and tomorrow and then will be busy with that for a few weeks until they move in. We are all doing fine. Jack has a cough, but nothing else, so he is taking “icky” medicine each night and then a golden oreo to wash down the medicine! We hope to go to Isaac’s birthday party tomorrow night if all is well and the kids are not too worn out. We lov eyou and are glad you are all doing well.

      Hey all,

a relatively lower work day today. We spent some time at the village and then went to the new mission base and did some mudding / Sanding. Tomorrow we will finish the houses, have the dedication and a fiesta (including a strawberry shortcake pinata…emma would be proud). After that who knows.

This morning I was able to go back and visit the family that we built for last time. The little girls even remembered my name. We gave them some presents and had a really nice talk.

All is well. Renee, I really hope you can come here next time, we have to make work of that. Give a kiss to the kids for me.

    Hey Paul!
Is that a old picture of you and the red van? It was suppose to be retired, no pun intended, three years ago. Praying for you daily.

    Good Morning, Paul.
It sounds like you are making great progress on your houses. It’s so good that you can be there to see old friends, ans build deeper relationships.
I saw Renee and the kids at church Monday night. They miss you and are so proud of what you are doing. Stay healthy and safe.

Hey Larry, both old red vans are still hanging around put they have been pillaged for parts, not sure they are in running shape. Thanks for the prayers!

Hey Renee, how is Heidi doing? Any signs of the baby coming soon?

    Hey, Paul!
I trust you’re having a good time, and not wearing out your muscles. At least not the ones that have you playing guitar in worship team on Sunday mornings. :)
Have a wonderful rest of the week, and blessings to you and the rest of your team.

Hey, I heard you got to see some people you knew there. That is pretty sweet. I pray that God uses you well while you are there and that you will be able to experience God’s power. It seems that whenever someone goes to Guatemala or somewhere else on a mission trip, God can easily speak to them. I hope this is true for you as well. Keep up the good work!

No new little nephew yet! He wants to wait until his Uncle Paul gets home! Heidi had a go at it yesterday, but they sent her home after a few hours. She was very disappointed!
Nate and Sheila come Friday night and we plan to have everyone for pancakes on Sat. morning. Dad is even delaying his fishing trip for it.
We’re eager to hear about your experiences. Its a great thing you’re doing and we’re proud of you!

    Hi P
We are all at your moms having pancake breakfast. Nate and Sheila and family are here for spring break until Weds. too. No baby yet and Heidi is 6 days overdue. Hopefully Nate and Sheila will get to see the new little one yet!

We are all doing well. We will go to moms to celebrate tomorrow for Emma’s birthday! She is very excited. All the kids are fishing off the Grand River with Grampy, Jon, Tim and Nate right now. The really little ones and Grant are here with the ladies. I hope they have fun fishing!

Our brackets aren’t doing so great. I can’t wait to watch with you it is more fun than by myself!
I love you and am proud of you! Stay safe!

Hi Paul, I was so happy to see that you are in Guatemala again! I love it there! Someday I’ll be back :) How wonderful to visit with friends from a previous trip. I know well the feeling of being remembered by a family in a previous village and to share again in God’s goodness for his people. You are in my prayers as your trip comes to a close. Take care! Paul,
It sounds like you’ve been working hard for the Lord all week. The impact you have made and continue to make is evidenced by the fact that the kids continue to remember your name. I trust they are making just as much an impact on you. Praying for safe travels on your way home.

    In Christ,
    Andy

Hey mom, i had to start all over because the dumb computer erased it all. We went to Ohio for the competition but we didnt make finals by .4. We had the same stupid judges that hated our show last time and they gave us 79.48. The first place winners got only two points higher than ours and so we were all pretty close but we ended up fourth. However, the jazz band festival went well, I saw Mike Beazy from genesis that played for his school. We were jamming and so was the first jazz band. We had a good run.

I wish i could be there to teach some of the kids some drum licks with you and show off a little bit too. I hope you had fun with thee kids there even though its kind of cold. Its pretty warm up here. We wwent to the Bosh’s house to have lunch and I got to shoot Tyler’s pellet gun and bb- guns while dad and the others shot the glock-9 that uncle Jim bought recently. I cant wait to see you again, but I guess i’ll have to wait till tuesday. See Ya

    Hey Pablo,
I miss my euchre partner. None of the people here want or know how to play. We are praying for the group’s safe trip home. Did you know Jorge left me a note today on my bed? It said “Be careful … there’s one more prank on its way”. Is he trying to scare me or did he really do something? Let me know when Heidi has her baby.
    In Him, Nancy
